How the day works
A couple of weeks out, your team sends a few documents they work with every week. Tim builds the demonstrations around them, so the session deals with your material, not made-up examples.
On the day, Tim works live in ChatGPT and Claude on a big screen, talking through each step and taking questions along the way. The methods apply equally in Microsoft Copilot.
Everyone goes back to their desk with things they can use straight away.
