How a rolling series works
You tell Tim who your members are and what they do all day. He builds one program around that sector: the documents they handle, the decisions they make, the tools their employers have given them. Then he rolls it out, city by city, so a member in Perth gets the same day as a member in Sydney.
Each workshop is a half day or full day, live demonstration rather than slides, in ChatGPT and Claude, with the methods carrying across to Microsoft Copilot. Members leave with things to try the next morning.
The association books the series and sets the terms for members: included in membership, ticketed, or a mix. Tim turns up and runs it.
Why it works for associations
It is a tangible member benefit that is easy to explain and easy to sell. AI is the topic members are asking about, and a sector-specific day beats the generic webinars they can get anywhere.
It is one preparation, not five. The customisation happens once, up front, and every city gets the benefit of it. That keeps the per-workshop cost down and the quality consistent.
It can be pitched at any level. A room of practice owners and a room of early-career staff get different days built on the same program.
What Tim needs from you
A short brief on the sector and the membership, a few typical documents members work with (templates, reports, policies, correspondence), the cities and rough timing, and a contact to handle venues and registrations. Everything else is his job.

Questions people ask
How is a series priced?
Each workshop is quoted, with a reduction for booking the series. Travel is included. Ask for a quote with your cities and Tim will come back with the series price.
Can members in regional areas take part?
Yes. Add livestream sessions to the series, or run one city as a livestream so regional members can join.
How customised is it, really?
The demonstrations use your sector's own kinds of documents and tasks. A series for accountants looks nothing like one for allied health practices. Members notice.
Can the series run over several months?
Yes. Most series run one city every few weeks. Tim is usually booked about two months out, so the earlier the cities are locked in, the better.
Can you also speak at our conference?
Yes. A keynote or executive briefing at the annual conference works well alongside a series, or on its own. See Guest speaker.
