Every demonstration built around what you sell
This is a half-day or full-day workshop for sales reps and the people who lead them. Every demonstration uses your own product or service, your market and your customers. Your team sees AI working on the deals they're trying to close, not on a generic example. I've run a number of these for sales teams, and they work because people can use what they've seen the next morning.
What your team works through
- Researching a market or industry before going into it
- Researching a client before the first meeting
- Competitive analysis against the companies you come up against
- Handling objections, including rehearsing the hard conversations
- Preparing for calls and following up afterwards
- Putting proposals together that answer what the client actually asked
- Setting up projects and skills that hold what your team knows about your products, pricing and operating environment, so the tools start from the right context and handle recurring tasks the same way every time
- Agentic workflows for the routine parts of the sales cycle, set up so your team reviews what goes out
- Getting new salespeople up to speed faster
Built around what you sell
Before the day, send me your product or service material, a few recent proposals, a list of the competitors you meet most often and the objections your team hears. I build the demonstrations from that.
How it runs
Half day or full day, at your office or by livestream. Half days are for Melbourne metro and inner regional Victoria only. Demonstrations are in ChatGPT and Claude, and what your team learns carries to Copilot. Afterwards, everyone gets the full presentation and the interactive notes.
FAQ
Sales teams
How is this different from your public courses?
The public courses use general examples. This workshop is built entirely around your product, your market and your customers.
What do we need to send you?
Product or service material, a few recent proposals, your main competitors and the objections your team hears most.
Can sales managers and new starters attend together?
Yes. The research and proposal work suits everyone, and the onboarding section is aimed at the people who'll be training new starters.
Looking for something else?
Do you cover formal tenders and grant submissions?
Yes, in a separate workshop. See AI for tenders, grants and proposals.
Can you run a general AI workshop for our team?
Yes. See Team learning.
Training built around what you sell
What participants thought
Honestly didn’t expect to laugh this much at a training course. Learned heaps too!
I came along wondering whether any of this would apply to a small business like mine. Left with a page of things to try and a much clearer idea of where to start.
Really well organised, from the booking through to the notes afterwards. There was a lot to take in, so having something to refer back to has been useful.
