Privacy policy

net101 (2 Sticks Digital Marketing Pty Ltd) collects personal information only to run its courses, workshops and talks and to answer enquiries.

What is collected

When you book a course, request a quote, send a message or subscribe to course updates, net101 collects what you enter: usually your name, organisation, email address and phone number, and for bookings the names of the people attending. Card payments are processed by net101’s payment provider; net101 does not store card numbers. The website also records anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, which uses cookies.

How it is used

To confirm and run your booking, reply to your enquiry, send course reminders and invoices and, if you have opted in, let you know about new course dates. Booking, enquiry and course-update emails are sent through Brevo, whose servers are overseas. net101 does not sell personal information or share it with anyone else for marketing.

Every course-update email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the information net101 holds about you, email tim@net101.com.au or call 0412 724 412.
