How the day works
First, a short brief: who's attending, how much they use AI today and what their roles involve. That decides the pitch of the day.
Then your documents. You send a handful of the things your team works with every week, and Tim builds the demonstrations around them, so the examples are yours.
The day itself is live demonstration, not slides. Tim works through tasks in ChatGPT and Claude on screen, explains why each step matters and takes questions as they come. The same methods work in Microsoft Copilot.
People leave knowing what to try next week. The slides are available straight after, and you can record the session for internal use.
Who it suits
Adelaide clients so far include a law firm, a community services organisation, a contracting business, a professional services group and a financial services firm. The common ground is a team with access to the tools and no shared way of using them.
Beginners and experienced users can sit in the same room. The fee is the same for 5 people or 50, and up to 20 works best for questions.
For one or two people, a public course date is usually the better option. net101 has run public courses in Adelaide and the current dates are below.

Where it happens
Tim flies over from Melbourne, a short hop, and travel is in the quote. The CBD, North Adelaide, Norwood and the inner suburbs are all straightforward. He presents from his own laptop on your screen.
Regional South Australia is fine with travel in the quote. For teams spread across sites, the workshop runs as a livestream on Zoom or your own platform.
If you'd rather hold it off-site, room hire and catering at a corporate training venue in the city can be added to the quote.

Your facilitator
Tim Martin founded net101 and was named Vistage Speaker of the Year in 2024. He has run 255 AI workshops and presentations since 2022, for corporate, government and not-for-profit teams across Australia and New Zealand. He takes on one workshop a week, so each one gets proper preparation.

Does it cost more because you're coming from Melbourne?
Travel is in the quote, not added later. Quotes are all-inclusive and valid for 60 days.
Can we run it as a half day?
Interstate it's a full day; half days are only offered in and around Melbourne, where there's no travel involved. The full day covers the foundations in the morning and gets properly into your documents and the advanced features in the afternoon.
What do we need to send you?
A short brief on who's in the room and how much they use AI, plus a handful of everyday documents. About two weeks before the day is ideal.
We use Copilot. Is it still relevant?
Yes. Copilot is built on the same models as ChatGPT and Claude. Tim doesn't demonstrate in Copilot, but the methods carry over directly.
What about the room?
A large screen, reliable wifi and ideally a U-shape so people see each other as well as the screen. If you're outside the city, check the wifi before the day.
