Briefing your clients on AI

Banks, law firms, accounting and advisory firms bring me in to brief their clients on AI. They have many high-value clients and are always looking for useful ways to add value beyond the core service. You provide the room and the guest list. I run a live, practical morning session on using AI at work. Your clients get something they can use, and you get a good reason to have them in your office.

NAB has brought me in for client briefings a number of times. It works well for them, and it suits any firm whose clients are trying to work out what AI means for their business.

Why it works as a client event

Every business your clients run is trying to work out AI, so the topic draws people in. An outside expert keeps it from feeling like a sales pitch.

It runs under your brand. You host it, you invite your clients and it's your event from start to finish. They know I'm an outside expert, but what they remember is that your firm put on something useful for them.

Afterwards, everyone gets the full presentation and a set of interactive notes built to keep working through with ChatGPT or Claude. People tell me the notes are the bit they keep coming back to. They also keep your event in front of your clients long after the day.

What your clients see

Live demonstration, not slides. I work through the kinds of documents your clients deal with, in ChatGPT and Claude. I show where the tools help and where they fall short, so people leave knowing what to try on Monday. What they learn carries to Copilot.

How it runs

A briefing is usually a morning session of three to four hours, finishing by lunch. That suits most guest lists, because people can give you the morning and still have the afternoon for their own work. It's long enough to go well past the basics, with time for questions. You need a room, a screen and reliable wifi. I take care of the rest.

I've run about 255 workshops and talks since late 2022 and was Vistage Speaker of the Year in 2024.

FAQ

Client briefings

Can we bring you in to brief our clients?

Yes. Banks, law firms and advisory firms do this regularly as a way to add value for their clients. You host and invite, and I run the session.

How long is a briefing?

Usually three to four hours over a morning, finishing by lunch.

Can you tailor it to our clients' industry?

Yes. I build the demonstrations around the kinds of documents your clients work with. I use representative examples rather than anything confidential, so you don't need to share client material.

Is it a pitch for net101?

No. The session is about using AI well. If some of your clients later want training for their own teams, that's between them and me, and it reflects well on you.

What do we need to provide?

A room, a screen, reliable wifi and the guest list.

Looking for something else?
