Tim Martin is an AI educator, speaker and facilitator. He works with organisations to build practical capability with tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.

In late 2022, he built one of Australia’s first training programs focused on the real-world use of AI in business. Since then, he has delivered more than 220 workshops and presentations for CEOs, executives and teams across Australia. The through-line across all of it is the same question: how do you take a team from knowing AI exists to actually using it well?

Tim is known for making technical subjects feel straightforward and usable. His sessions have a reputation for being engaging, practical and easy to follow, without losing depth. The focus is always on how these tools apply to real work, how to judge whether an output is actually useful and how to build the habits that make AI valuable over time rather than just a novelty.

In 2024, Tim was named Vistage Speaker of the Year for his AI presentations, reflecting the strength of his work with CEO audiences. He also speaks regularly at industry events and leadership forums on how AI is reshaping knowledge work in practice.
