Using AI well at work is the core day. It's for people who already use ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot and want to understand the tools properly: how to brief them, what they're reliably good at, and how to check what comes back.

Advanced ChatGPT and Claude at work is the tools day: projects, skills, connectors, plugins, scheduled tasks, agents and Claude Design, and the workflows that join them up.

Both are one day, taught by live demonstration on real tasks in ChatGPT and Claude, and what you learn carries to Copilot. Everyone gets the full presentation and a set of interactive notes to keep working through afterwards. Not sure which suits you? Try the course finder.
