This course is designed for people who are already using ChatGPT and want to get more reliable, higher-quality results in a professional context. It focuses on how ChatGPT behaves in practice, how its main capabilities fit together, and how to work with context, iteration, research, data, and outputs more effectively.
This course can be taken on its own, but it works best when paired with Foundations of AI at Work, which covers the broader thinking, limits, and risk considerations that sit underneath advanced use. Organisations that book both courses together receive a 20% discount on each course (20% off the combined price) and typically deliver them as two parts of a single, sequenced learning program.
There are no formal prerequisites for this course. However, it is strongly recommended that participants have already completed the Foundations of AI at Work course or, at a minimum, have been working with a paid ChatGPT licence for some time. This course assumes familiarity with everyday use and does not cover introductory concepts or basic prompting. The focus is on more advanced techniques and professional-grade use, rather than getting started from scratch.
