It focuses on how ChatGPT behaves in practice, how its core capabilities fit together, and how to work more effectively with context, iteration, research, data, and outputs. While delivery is in the ChatGPT interface, many of the methods taught are platform-agnostic and transfer directly to Claude, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.

Full payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard or AMEX, or pay by invoice - emailed to you at the completion of your order. An invoice must be paid in full before attending a course, unless by prior arrangement.

A full refund is available if you give us at least 28 days emailed notice before the start date of the course. Refunds will not be processed beyond this cut-off.
Date transfers are available for medical reasons only - yourself or a dependent - if you give us at least 24 hours notice before the start time of the course. Only one transfer is allowed, and it must be used within 3 months of the original course date and for the same course. A refund option is not offered on an already transferred course.
