If, for any reason, you’re not happy with the course, we’ll refund your registration fee in full.

A few common-sense conditions apply:

You need to arrive no later than the scheduled start time.

You need to stay until the lunch break and leave before the afternoon session begins.

You need to let the course facilitator know directly that you’d like to leave. You’re very welcome to stay for the provided lunch.

This guarantee does not apply if the course is a previously deferred booking or a booking that has been transferred to another person.

 

Processing your refund

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card.

If you paid by invoice, you’ll need to provide the details of your nominated bank account.

If the course forms part of a multi-course or multi-person booking, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
