net101 course terms & conditions

 

The following terms and conditions apply to all registrations for net101 courses.

All cancellation notices, refund requests, transfer requests and substitution requests must be submitted by email to tim@net101.com.au

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Cancellations and refunds

If you provide at least 28 days’ notice before the commencement date of the course, you are entitled to a full refund.

Where payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to that same card. Where payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be paid to a nominated bank account.

Transfers

Transfers are available for medical reasons only, affecting either you or a dependant. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the course start time.

Transfers are not available for changes in work commitments or other personal circumstances.

Only one transfer is permitted per booking.

A transferred booking must be used within 3 months of the original course date.

If a transferred booking is not used within 3 months of the original course date, it will lapse and no refund, further transfer or substitution will be available.

Once a booking has been transferred, it cannot be transferred again, substituted to another person or refunded.

A transfer request is not effective unless and until it is confirmed by net101 in writing.

Substitutions

You may nominate another person to attend in your place, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice before the course start time.

Substitutions are not available for any booking that has already been transferred.

Non-attendance

If you do not attend a course, the course fee will not be refunded or transferred to another date.

net101 will attempt to send a course reminder to your nominated email address approximately 72 hours before the course, but cannot guarantee delivery. It remains your responsibility to keep track of the course date for which you have registered.

Course changes and cancellations

net101 reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule a course due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances.

If net101 cancels a course, you will be offered either a transfer to another course date or a full refund.

net101 reserves the right to change course dates, venue locations or elements of the course program at its discretion.

Travel and other costs

net101 is not responsible for any other costs you may incur in connection with your booking, including flights, accommodation or other travel-related expenses.

If you are planning to travel to attend a course, please call 1300 946 101 before making travel arrangements to confirm that the course is proceeding.

Participant conduct

net101 reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate. In those circumstances, no refund or transfer will be available.
