This course program assumes no prior digital or social media experience in a business context, but it is also not a good starting point for beginners. 

The topics are positioned for people with a sound business, marketing, sales or communications background who need a digital top-up. For instance, you have been given expanded digital responsibilities as part of your work role, are returning to the workforce after an extended leave, embarking on a career move, bringing digital or social media responsibilities in-house after using an agency, or are about to set up your own business.

For HR or résumé purposes a certificate of training is provided.

Full payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard or AMEX, or pay by invoice - emailed to you at the completion of your order. An invoice must be paid in full before attending a course, unless by prior arrangement.
Let us know what details you'd like included on your invoice after completing your booking and we'll email you an amended copy.
We want you to find the right course. If you're not happy with how things are going you're entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. A few sensible conditions apply.
A full refund is available if you give us at least 28 days emailed notice before the start date of the course. Refunds will not be processed beyond this cut-off.
Date transfers are available for medical reasons only - yourself or a dependent - if you give us at least 24 hours notice before the start time of the course. Only one transfer is allowed, and it must be used within 3 months of the original course date and for the same course. A refund option is not offered on an already transferred course.
If you want to swap your spot let us know the name and contact details of your substitute anytime before the start-time of the course.
